After the cold pressing of the high-quality cedar nut oil, the pressed cedar nuts (cedar flakes) contain only approx. 30% fat ( prior approx. 62% ) and approx. 35% high-quality protein. Cedar flakes are thus an incredibly valuable, tasty and cheap protein supplier!
